Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions with the return address included. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels; customers should use a trackable mail service for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and will be issued to your original payment method. All refunds are processed in GBP (£).
If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after approval:
We offer exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day window.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email info@femeria.shop with your order number and photographic evidence as soon as possible. We will ensure a replacement is sent at no cost to you and cover return shipping costs for the incorrect or faulty product.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
